This is an artwork done by a student at Flagler College named Christian Ard in 2017, I chose this as my example for elements and principles because I really enjoy the symmetry of this project. I have always liked seeing photos that are symmetric because I pay very close attention to detail and if an object is off it bothers me.

I chose this image of my shoes to demonstrate value, I have always enjoyed images or artworks that focus on value, I think this is a concept that can be very important especially when it comes to the illusion of light.
